When I got a power feeder for my table saw (1 hp), the first thing I realized was that I needed a bigger saw (bought a Tannewitz at a sweet price). You don't mention what type of equipment that you have, but I would say not to bother with setting up a power feeder on a router table. Get a shaper instead (at least 5 horse), and a 1 hp power feeder.
